Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $4.99 per order, and free on every order of $50 or more. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches $50.

Bundle savings

Buy any 2 items and get 10% off your order, or 3 or more items for 15% off. The discount is applied automatically in your bag — no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Busy periods such as holidays and sales can occasionally add a few days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Some tracking updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will help.

Customs and duties

All prices are in US dollars. There are no extra customs or import charges for US orders.
